Can the agent promise something wrong?
That is why answers are constrained to your knowledge base, price and deadline claims outside the price list are blocked, and every conversation is logged. Edge cases go to a human.
Why not a button-based chatbot?
A scripted bot follows a fixed tree. An AI agent handles free-form wording you never anticipated. For simple flows a standard widget is cheaper.
