Business process automation

We remove manual routine: leads, documents, reports and notifications run on their own, with no copy-paste between tools.

from 1 200 €2–6 weeks

Business process automation means data flows between your website, CRM, spreadsheets, email and messengers on its own, so your team stops being a copy-paste machine. We map your process step by step, find where leads and hours leak, and build a working chain on n8n.

Processes we automate

  • Sales: website form → CRM record → task for a manager → Telegram alert, in seconds.
  • Documents: invoices, contracts and acts generated from templates and sent automatically.
  • Reporting: data from CRM, ad accounts and spreadsheets merged into one scheduled report.
  • Communication: reminders, order statuses, event-based notifications and campaigns.
  • Internal operations: approvals, time-off requests, stock counts, handovers between teams.

How we work

  1. Audit. We document the process as it is and count the hours it burns per month — see automation audit; its cost is deducted from the project.
  2. Blueprint. Target chain: triggers, conditions, owners, error handling.
  3. Build. We set up n8n, connect your tools and write the workflows.
  4. Launch. Testing on real data, team training, documentation handover.
  5. Support. We extend workflows as you grow under a support agreement.

What you get

Working workflows on your own server or cloud, documentation, and full ownership of every credential. No lock-in: n8n is open source, so workflows can be exported and handed to any contractor.

FAQ

How much time does automation save?

Operations per month × minutes per operation. We run that calculation during the audit — if the saving is smaller than the project cost, we say so.

Do we need a CRM first?

No. A chain can run on Google Sheets or Airtable, with CRM integration added later.

What if a service changes its API?

Workflows include error handling and failure alerts so nothing breaks silently. Under support we fix such cases within one business day.
