Cloud or on-premise Bitrix24?
Both. Cloud runs on REST API and webhooks; on-premise adds server-side access.
Do we need a paid plan?
Robots and business processes require a paid tier. On the free plan we move part of the logic to n8n, which often costs less than the licence.
